Group Rules Amendment

After a few issues from more than one individual in the chatroom this past week, the Group's rules have been amended to include:

8. Entering the chatroom with the intention of causing trouble / to troll / otherwise aggravate people inside will get you banned from the chatroom.

Non members will be permanently banned and will be unable to join the group. Current members will have a bit more latitude if they identify themselves to the attending mod and stop when it's clear that someone else is getting agitated or asked to, but can still be banned from the chatroom for two weeks the first time, one month the second, and permanently the third in addition to being banned from the group itself if they don't.
