Ceara has an apartment in the South District, but she moves around as she pleases(sleeping in Metro stations? Fuck yeah!).

So yeah, I'll probably do anything.

Other than that, Riley pretty much hangs around West District at the moment, though it is possible for him to come in contact with people at the North and South district borders ( I'm actually asking about what separates the districts; if it's nothing or something that can be easily bypassed then it's all good ;u; )
